Positive: The property is a piece of heaven. We were upgraded to a villa. Staff treat you as if you are the most special and unique guest. All staff were very supportive and friendly (Yarin, Ela, Rabiya, Ramazan, Ege, Hasan, Berfu(breakfast reception), Murat at Hakkasan and to all the buggy drivers BIG THANK YOU

Positive: The breakfast buffet was extensive and delicious, with plenty of options to choose from. The staff throughout the hotel were exceptionally kind and supportive. The kids' area was fantastic—welcoming and well-staffed with friendly, attentive team members. There is also a great shallow pool for kids and outdoor playground which my toddler loved. The concierge was incredibly helpful, attending to all our needs with care. Overall, the service was truly top-notch—definitely five stars!
Negative: Many of the restaurants on the property were closed during the off-season, which limited dining options. The available food, while decent, was significantly overpriced for what was offered.
